TARP overseer and Harvard Law professor Elizabeth Warren appeared on Stephen Colbert's show on Monday night, and was both informative and funny. At the end of the interview, Colbert asks her why we need so much new regulation, "why a belt and suspenders?". Warren's answer is priceless:
